Write to support@speakdrills.com from the email on your account. The money goes back the way you paid.
Later payments aren't refunded.
You can cancel any time.
Cancel in Preferences, under Plan. Plus stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
When Plus ends, nothing is deleted.
You go back to Free. Your words, sentences, ratings and conversations stay.
After a refund, Plus ends that day.
Paddle handles the payment.
Plus costs €5 a month, taxes included. What it includes is on the Plans page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
